Core material characteristics:
1. Shoe upper material
Modified polyester blend+conductive yarn: High performance conductive fibers (with a spacing of 5mm grid/stripe) are embedded in polyester filament to ensure rapid discharge of static charges and prevent the risk of explosion caused by sparks.
2. Microfiber/PU leather: Some styles use microfiber materials to enhance wear resistance, oil resistance, and folding resistance, suitable for high wear environments.
3. Sole technology
Specially made high temperature resistant materials: using high temperature resistant polymers such as PU, PVC, TPR, etc., it can withstand high temperature and humidity sterilization at 121 ℃, with sterilization times of more than 100 times without deformation or foaming.
4. Anti static design: The resistance value of the shoe sole is controlled between 10 ⁶ -10 ⁹ Ω, which meets ESD standards and effectively dissipates human static electricity.
